TEAM SPORTS (Grades 9-12)                                              Elective                 ½ Credit

This co-ed class stresses team sports such as flag football, bas

ketball, volleyball, and strength and aerobic conditioning.  Students are expected to dress and participate every day.

 

INDIVIDUAL SPORTS (Grades 9-12)                                  Elective                ½ Credit

This co-ed class stresses individual or lifetime sports and activities such as bowling, tennis, badminton, golf, bike riding, weight lifting and aerobic conditioning.  Students are expected to dress and participate every day.


PERSONAL FITNESS (Grades 9-12)                                   Elective               ½ Credit

This co-ed, non-competitive class will help students learn about muscle groups of the human body, proper nutrition, and physical fitness through use of a personalized weight training and aerobics program.  Students are expected to dress and participate every day.
