Ms. Juelfs Algebra students got some thinking done on day 1. They were able to finger out how the pirate captain gets to keep the GAINT Diamond. They all learned how to “pick up sticks”. If you have a student in Algebra 1 please ask them about these problems.

If you have not already, please take time to fill out the free & reduced meal application! We encourage everyone to take time to complete this form. This application is beneficial for the school district and the students as the data is used for Title allocations and athletic classifications for football. You can fill it by logging into your parent portal or you can access a copy of the paper application at the link below. If you would like a paper copy mailed, please call the Business office at 605-234-4478! Families that receive SNAP or TANF benefits do not need to fill one of these out.

Cub Nation represent! Saylor and Barrett were selected for the SD High School Honor Choir. This week’s hard work will result in a concert on Friday, August 4, 7:30 pm at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Sioux Falls. (5500 E 57th St)
Tickets are $10 each, available only at the door. Limited seating (750!) so come early!
