Our 7th graders got a close-up look at the microscopic world this week! Students used microscopes to explore both living and non-living specimens, including cheek cells, onion roots, pond water, and salt crystals. It was a great opportunity for students to practice their microscope skills while discovering just how much there is to see beyond what the naked eye can observe!

Who says math has to be boring!? In Algebra 1 students use vertical whiteboard with random groups to collaborate together. This week students used the whiteboard to demonstrate their understanding of exponents and radicals. It was so fun to see students working together and persevering through the challenging problems.Ā
